The International Youth Exchange Programme (Zajel) of the Public Relations Department at An-Najah has recently concluded its annual public relations workshop which targeted the university students from all faculties.
The workshop aimed at introducing the students to how to create and manage a social media content. It also aimed at improving their performance and skills in creating a good social media content on Facebook and Twitter.
The workshop was over five days where the students trained for six hours a day. It shed light on the importance of using social media and discussed An-Najah’s Public Relations Department experience in developing electronic content and communicating with the audience. The workshop also included a training on creating pages on social media and YouTube channels and designing posters. Moreover, the students rehearsed on writing texts for contents they produced during their training in the old city of Nablus.
The students also practiced conducting illustrated reports and editing movies as well as uploading video material on websites and advertising on Facebook. In addition, they were introduced to the basics of photography and uploading illustrated reports on social media.
