When I made up my mind about the possibility of doing a work camp this summer, I was considering a lot of different options. “Cambodia? India? Morocco? Palestine? Ey, once again, Palestine? Aren’t they throwing bombs and killing people? And all that bad stuff?”

I read the Zajel summer camp information and it immediately caught my eye. I am pleased to recognize that these two weeks have been better than expected. My expectations were really high. At the beginning, when I was overwhelmed by feelings, I was dancing in a wedding party, like I was the groom.

I was enjoying the beauty and majesty of the Dead Sea and a night in the desert, I was suffering. The human rights violations that Palestinians are suffering every day, I was pleased by the world- famous Palestinian hospitality. So I can say maybe two words (maybe six).
